In this section we have put together as much information as we have to get you up and running with iDcrm and to keep you up and running. We have FAQ, podcasts and we are also planning to start a forum to share experiences with other users and with our support desk.
Although iDcrm is a plug-and-play application, it is very important to check the minimal requirements that we have set for the application.

| Device |
Any iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad running OS 3.0 or higher will run iDcrm. For good performance an Iphone 3GS or higher is recommended.

| Bandwith/Network |
For the initial synchronization you need a stable connection either 3G or Wifi. After the initial synch is done you can start synching on the road. If you loose connection it will pick up where it left off. The initial synch needs to eb completed without disturbance.
If your company setup requires VPN you will need to activate you VPN connection before you start the synchronisation with iDcrm.

| User Rights |
In order to use iDcrm CRM you have to have read rights on Entities, Attributes and Relationships. Please validate with you administrator if you have these rights. These read rights are needed to rebuild the structure and security of MS Dynamics CRM on your device. Please see our FAQ and podcasts on this subject.
