Server Component Introduction

When creating the server component we created new challanges for our development team.

On one side we have our philosophy of plug and play, easy to use software on the other side we want no IT envolvement.

Again we define the basic rules, needed for an iDcrm server component:

1. Create your setup on the device.
2. Distribute the setup from one device to other devices
3. Create an admin role that allows a user access to the management functions.
4. Only use standard Microsoft Dynamics CRM customizations
5. Manage iDcrm from iDcrm
6. No specific IT needed

And again our development team has surpassed our expectations. It simple and easy to use. You now have full management of your iDcrm implementation and it can be done by a standard user. Managing your iDcrm users is just as simple as assigning someone a role in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
