iDcrm is your off-line access point to Microsoft Dynamics CRM (including Microsoft CRM Online).

| Full Replication |
Your Microsoft Dynamics CRM is fully replicated to the iPhone. This includes fields, form structure, lists values, field mapping, default values and language

| Covering all the main entities |
Actvities, Account, Opportunity and contact are the default values, but you can add any entity you want from Microsoft Dynamics CRM |
| Custom Entities |
The user can even get all the custom entities from MS CRM and add them to the home screen for quick access. |
| Security Structure |
You can only do what you are allowed to do in MS Dynamics CRM. We have only taken out the delete function. On a small mobile device we believe deleting is a bit to risky. |
| Your data |
You get your data into iDcrm. We do not do anything to it. No fields or parameters are added. It is your data as you have it in Microsoft Dynamics CRM |
| Disconnected Mode |
You can work completely disconnected. We synchronize all data to your iPhone and even in airplane mode you can work with iDcrm |
| Plug and work |
We changed plug and play to plug and work. The goal of iDcrm is to improve your work, not let you play. 3 steps and you are up and running. Buy it in the appstore, launch the application and provide you server address and credentials, wait for the initial synch to finish and you can work. |
| Get access to other users data |
You can get access to every ones data. But only if you have the rights to see their data. We respect the security model. We let you specify which users you want to view in your activity and opportunity lists. |
| Full iPhone integration |
Automatically dial a phone number, send an email, open a website or display an address in google maps. |
| Full Exchange support |
The full integration is done via the exchange integration of Dynamics CRM with Exchange. And then Exchange is synchronised to the iPhone mail and calendar via the Active Sync connector |
