Using iDcrm on your iPad is a great experience. It is almost a full client. You do most off your CRM work on the iPad where ever you are. It doesn't matter if you are on line or offline all you information is there. Due to the new device it is quite easy to actually add information to your CRM system.
We are on the road a lot and can not use 'not having access' as an excuse anymore for not having my data up to date. You can update my activities and update my opportunities so my colleagues always have an up to date view of my customers. The great thing about the iPad is that is has no delay in starting up. I grab my iPad click on the home button and my device is up and running. I can launch iDcrm and do my work.
The way we have build iDcrm is that the home screen you get, is what you have to do. Your and your team's activities are clearly displayed on the home screen. On this screen you see a day calendar and an actvity listing. This is your starting point in iDcrm.

Due to the hyper linking between all the screens you can open the activties you want, to do a follow up the hyperlink to see all information on the customer linked to the activity.
From here you can perform the actvity and register what you have done, and create your followup activities
