iDcrm HD new features

New calendar/Agenda function :

all the activities on the left·when you touch one activity on the left, it displays it and goes to the day of the activity on the right (like iCal)
left listing filters on the bottom bar
a new square on the top of the day view to display the all day event activities
on the day view : only appointments, service activities and tasks
on the day view : my activities in red, others activities in blue and completed activities in gray

Quotes and Orders

You can now create and manage orders, quotes, invoices and order products, quote products, invoice lines and also opportunity products in the same way as on MSCRM

all the specific functionalities are implemented for these entities
when you select "write in" or "existing" (also for "use default", "override price" for pricing) in quote product or order product,
some fields become mandatory or readonly
dependency between the fields "Product" and "Unit"·in quote product or order product
specific rules when you add a quote product to a quote or an order product to an order
price list and price list items rules
"quote id", "order id" ... read only on iDcrm at entity creation and automatically generated by MSCRM after silent sync

Local notification

Available with iOS 4.2 for appointments, service activities, tasks, phonecalls
centralized management in the setup
you can activate or desactivate notification for these activities and you can setup the alarm time before for all the notifications
when you setup the alarm time before to "never", it will also delete all the notifications created
notifications are automatically created when an activities is created depending if the activity notification is activated
and using the general alarm time before configured

New first sync filters :

you can now filter each entity that will be downloaded
for each , you can setup: ·owned by, created by, modified by, in my business unit, all, created since, modified since
for the activities, you can also setup the activities you want to download
Set the entities count filters in the home page. You can set it to the "active" entities count or "all" the entities count (by default: active)

Form enhancement

Now, all activity forms have in the bottom (on all the tab to access easily) a new row name "Set state code" to set the activities statecode
in the entities form :
tabs names "hidden", "HIDDEN" or "." are removed
sections names "hidden", "HIDDEN" or "." are removed
sections with no row are removed

Phonecall management

like MSCRM for the "sender" and "recipient" fields : when you select incoming or outgoing it switches these two fields
